Saturday 3 August at 5 p.m. TABLE FOR EIGHT. The Mindful Eating Team will prepare a 3-course plant-based dinner from organic and locally sourced Summer bounty. This delicious and healthy meaL will be served at the Tyce lakefront home on Johnson’s Pond in Coventry. After dinner, weather permitting, Captain Bob will take you for a relaxing lake cruise on the "pond" (which is really a quite large lake).
