“Being in Thanksgiving”

Guest presenter Lorén Spears, educator, artist, enrolled Narragansett citizen, and executive director of the Tomaquag Museum, strives to preserve Indigenous culture and share her cultural knowledge and traditional arts with the public. She will be presenting on the act of being in thanksgiving (not to be confused with the holiday of that name) in Sunday’s service, sharing a Narragansett blessing, prayer, and song.
