Bridging the Divide

Barbara Holtzman, is a psychotherapist (Smith College School for Social Work, 1981), lifestyle coach, workshop leader, author and burgeoning activist. She is a member of the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of South County, where she sings in the choir. A longtime student of Buddhist psychology and mindfulness meditation, Barbara is a lover of ideas and learning.

In her talk, she will share her own struggles between her habitual patterns of being “right” and following the psycho-spiritual teachings that guide her towards non-duality – in order to be a more effective activist and become her highest self.
