This month, we take time to explore Unitarian Universalism. At its core, one of the principles that makes this faith so unique is the idea of “ongoing revelation”. This is the tenant that says that our lives should continue to evolve as we live, learn new information, and have new experiences. UUism asks us to continually reassess our beliefs and let go of what may no longer be aligned with our highest values and new revelations. The new year is a perfect time to do some of this personal reflection. re-assessment and letting go. This morning’s worship will include a ritual of letting go and making room for a new you to emerge.
