For All That is Our Life

Gratitude is one of the simplest and sometimes most overlooked spiritual practices. It doesn’t require a yoga mat, a quiet room, or extensive training or study. To practice gratitude, one must simply open the mind and heart with humility and recognize how every breath we take is a gift and everything we have could not exist on its own. This morning, we practice this spiritual discipline and celebrate the interconnected web of our shared life through our annual bread communion.
