Life can pull us in so many directions that it can be easy to forget why we do what we do and that certain things matter. This morning as we kick off our annual stewardship campaign and welcome new members to Westminster we invite you to reflect on what it is that drew you in the direction of Westminster and what inspires you to continue to make this place your home. Let’s not let the current political climate and challenges of everyday life get in the way of celebrating the beauty of being part of a values-aligned community, all it has offered you and all it could offer others yet to arrive. Today we gather in gratitude, “Because This Place Matters.”
