Women of Westminster (WOW) every Thursday evening via Zoom from 7-9 pm. Programs, online and in-person, include book discussions, social/community outreach, crone ceremonies where we honor our mature wise women, women’s issue films, women’s history, and other events and activities.  We celebrate the eight seasons of the year (the solstices, equinoxes, and cross-quarter days). July 6                    Museum of Natural History and Planetarium at Roger Wms Park $5 for both. Get tickets online for Planetarium Show at 1 o’clock. Must be there 15 minutes prior to the show. Meet for a picnic lunch at 11:30.                    the first street on right after Carousel, Pine Hill Ave.  Go straight up the hill. Do Not take that first right as you go up the hill.  Picnic tables on the left.

July 13                  Potluck/Picnic on the deck at Donna Poland’s House 5:30

July 20                  Charlann Journaling Together – are you new to journaling, or have you journaled for years?  Either way, this time together is perfect for you.

July 27                  Dinner at Champlins & Walk on Beach.  Meet there at 5:30.  Carpool from the church at 5:00 PM

August 3               Lammas

August 6              Sunday – Peace Pole Celebration

August 10             Allen’s Harbor – Rock Painting.  Donna Schmader. Try to find a rock that you’d like to paint. We’ll need paints, brushes, etc,

August 17             Light House tour on RI Fast Ferry, 1347 Roger Williams Way, Quonset 95 min. narrated cruise 10 Rhode Island Lighthouses. Time:   1-2:40.  Price $37.00 Arrive 45 min prior trip12:15.  Buy tickets online.                               Carpooling is advised as parking cost $15. I can fit 5 in my car.  Meet at church at 11:50.

August 24             Jamestown Ferry to Newport; leaves at 10:50 am. Carpool from Church at 9:15

August 31             Dinner at Top of the Bay at 5:30 & Walk on Beach
