The news from Ukraine is alternately heartbreaking and fear-inspiring. On top of that, we hear of white supremacist neo Nazis in our very own Providence harassing an independent bookstore. There’s the anti-trans harassment in Texas. And this is on top of a pandemic whose unrelenting challenges seem always at our door.

Let us gather this coming Thursday night to be together and pray together, for the people of Ukraine, for trans people under fire, for each other, for healing and wholeness in our world.

You are invited to bring a short prayer or poem for healing if you choose. Or some words of your own from the heart to express to the people of Ukraine or anyone impacted by the violence or hate of these hard times.
