On September 18, 2021, we will have a chance to  Gather Together in Love, for Joanne Friday, at Swan Point Cemetery, 585 Blackstone Boulevard, Providence, Rhode Island. Our memorial will begin at 1:00 pm at the Gray Coale Reception Hall , where we will share memories of dear Joanne, and some poetry and songs. Doors will open at 12:45. 

At 2:30 pm, we will begin walking meditation to Stranger’s Rest, where her ashes will be interred. Transportation will be available if the 10-12 minute walk of one-half mile is too difficult.

We hope that you will be able to help us celebrate Joanne’s life, and to bring her ashes to their final resting place. Following in her footsteps and those of Thich Nhat Hanh, we aspire to bring peace and joy into our every step, and into all aspects of our lives.
