Saturday 3 August at 5 p.m. TABLE FOR EIGHT. The Mindful Eating Team will prepare a 3-course plant-based dinner from organic and locally sourced Summer bounty. This delicious and healthy meaL will be served at the Tyce lakefront home on Johnson’s Pond in Coventry. After dinner, weather permitting, Captain Bob will take you for a relaxing lake cruise on the "pond" (which is really a quite large lake). BYOB, Menu TBD

Relax on the deck by George Johnson and Kelly Lee’s Coventry pool and sip cool liquid libations prior to enjoying a quintessential RI Summertime lunch of lobster rolls and chowder. Lobster rolls will be traditionally prepared with succulent lobster meat and chopped celery, tossed with a light mayo and herb dressing, and served on lettuce in a buttered and grilled frankfurter roll (or over salad greens if preferred). Homemade chowder will be packed with native chopped quahogs, finished in your choice of red, white, clear, or East Bay with Chouriço(1 selection only). Date to be mutually arranged.

You and two of your friends can raise your pinkies in the garden environment of Denise's Warwick solarium. Enjoy small tea sandwiches and dainty pastries, while tasting teas from around the world. The varieties are too varied and numerous to list here, but you will confer to reach consensus on the selection of soups and scheduled delivery months/dates.
