Book Donations Needed

January Book Drive – “Because Reading Is A Basic Human Right!”

Westminster members have the opportunity to donate books to Providence Books Through Bars, an organization that works to provide reading material to people currently incarcerated, to
encourage a sense of connection with the outside world and help them cope in positive and productive ways. You have two ways to donate books:

There is a labeled box in Smith Hall (or in the DropBox at the side door of the Parish House) where you can drop off new/used paperbacks in the
following categories: sci-fi/fantasy, games/Sudoku/chess, dictionaries, graphic novels,anime/manga/comics, learn-to-draw/adult coloring books.

You may use the Providence Books Through Bars Amazon wish-list (which will deliver directly
to their Providence location): https://www.amazon.com/hz/wishlist/ls/28BP5RLM7U0WT

We will accept donations of books through January 31, 2022. The beginning of the year is a
perfect time to clear out your bookshelves and let your old books become someone’s new
adventure or refuge.
