Our Reverend Barbara Fast was called to Westminster in 2006. Before coming to Rhode Island, she served the Unitarian Church in Westport, Connecticut in various positions, from 1995-2000, while attending Yale Divinity School. The Westport congregation ordained her and called her as their Associate Minister in 2000. She served there as part of a team ministry until 2005. Ministry is her second career. Before entering Yale Divinity School, Rev.

Frederick Gillis

Minister Emeritus

Rev. Frederick Gillis (“Fred” to us) became Westminster’s minister in 1977 and retired in 2003. When he retired, the Board of Directors name him “Minister Emeritus.” Fred is now living out of the immediate area.
