Our Reverend Barbara Fast was called to Westminster in 2006.  Before coming to Rhode Island, she served the Unitarian Church in Westport, Connecticut in various positions, from 1995-2000, while attending Yale Divinity School.  The Westport congregation ordained her and called her as their Associate Minister in 2000.  She served there as part of a team ministry until 2005.  Ministry is her second career.  Before entering Yale Divinity School, Rev. Barbara was an attorney.  She lives with her partner of 26 years, Jonathan Fast, a professor of Social Work at Yeshiva University.
