Events and Fellowship
For great food, light yet meaningful conversation, and a time for building friendships, home-based potlucks are a comfortable, enjoyable, and delicious way to get to know other people from the congregation. Home potlucks are usually held on Saturdays. For information about upcoming home potluck dinners, see the Westminster Chimes newsletter, or contact the church office.
Movies with varied subject matter are presented at the Church, sometimes preceded by a potluck … often followed by discussion. Feel free to bring your own refreshments or some to share. See the Westminster Chimes newsletter, or contact the church office for more information.
This large gathering normally takes place in Fellowship Hall on the second night of the Seder. With the Jewish Passover traditions of prose, song and a festive meal we celebrate together an ancient victory of freedom over slavery, keeping alive within us the spirit of the eternal struggle for human rights. Check the Westminster Chimes newsletter for more information as the time of Passover approaches. For contact information, please call the church office.
With its high energy and great vibe, the All-Church Celebration is always a crowd pleaser. This not-to-be-missed intergenerational fellowship event is coordinated by the Annual Budget Drive committee. The theme each year is linked to the current Budget Drive theme, and is carried out in décor, food, and entertainment.
